Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales-driven experience

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate store team to achieve sales and service goals
  • oversee daily store operations including inventory management and cash handling
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • coach and develop partners to enhance customer experience
  • manage scheduling and labor costs
  • maintain store standards and cleanliness
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
