Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales-driven experience
Job Duties
- lead and motivate store team to achieve sales and service goals
- oversee daily store operations including inventory management and cash handling
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- coach and develop partners to enhance customer experience
- manage scheduling and labor costs
