Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- minimum high school or ged
- commitment to exceptional customer service
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- flexible and reliable work schedule
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years us military service

Job Duties
- lead and support the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- drive sales and achieve business goals through effective coaching and motivation
- uphold Starbucks brand standards for service, cleanliness, and safety
- resolve customer and employee issues with professionalism and care
- assist in training and development of partners
- maintain inventory and control costs
