Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
Job Duties
- lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure operational standards and company policies are met
- assist in inventory management and loss prevention
- drive sales and foster an entrepreneurial sales environment
- support scheduling and labor management
- coach and develop partners to enhance their skills and performance
- maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
