Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment

Job Duties

  • lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • ensure operational standards and company policies are met
  • assist in inventory management and loss prevention
  • drive sales and foster an entrepreneurial sales environment
  • support scheduling and labor management
  • coach and develop partners to enhance their skills and performance
  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
