Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- ability to work full-time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

- strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration
- availability to work overtime when needed
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environment
- problem-solving aptitude
- effective communication abilities
Job Duties
- lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- assist in managing store operations including inventory and cash handling
- support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational objectives
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- maintain a positive and inclusive store culture
