Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
  • ability to work full-time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration
  • availability to work overtime when needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environment
  • problem-solving aptitude
  • effective communication abilities

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • assist in managing store operations including inventory and cash handling
  • support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational objectives
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • maintain a positive and inclusive store culture
