Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Coach and develop partners to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with Starbucks policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company culture
- Engage with the local community to promote the store and build relationships
