  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • assist in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  • manage sales and inventory to meet performance goals
  • uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies
  • coach and develop partners to enhance skills and promote growth
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • collaborate with store manager to implement promotional activities and merchandising
