Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- demonstrated problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and inspire store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- assist in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- manage sales and inventory to meet performance goals
- uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies
- coach and develop partners to enhance skills and promote growth
- resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- collaborate with store manager to implement promotional activities and merchandising
