Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience
- Proven leadership skills managing a large team
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to mentor and provide feedback
- Knowledge of store operations and loss prevention
- Ability to implement operational initiatives effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship
- Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
- Strong follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives
Job Duties
- Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key store operations such as merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages
- Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates
- Serve as a mentor and role model fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive experience for Associates and customers
- Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes while providing input on succession planning
- Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets
- Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs
- Improve store layout and efficiency
