Job Duties
- Drive sales and customer engagement in the store
- Ensure the store is ready for business
- Develop and lead a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experience
- Coach and train team members to deliver sales and service results
- Attain sales, service goals, profit margins, and operational excellence
- Establish business cadence for sales readiness and merchandising
- Assist in delegating operational tasks and act as Floor Leader
- Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing priorities
