Job Duties
- assist in management of the operations and staff including being a role model for subordinates
- be skilled and knowledgeable of all duties and responsibilities to efficiently and cost effectively operate the store
- run the store on the General Manager's days off
- supervise and participate in product preparation ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- assist cashier and counter staff during rush periods to maintain pizza preparation times at 5 minutes or less
- ensure accuracy and completeness of daily paperwork
- manage accurate and timely cash handling including cashier transactions, store safe and bank deposits
- participate in analysis of food and labor costs
