- Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capability to lead and engage a team
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Completion of technical or trade school courses or degree
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket service industry or a passion to learn
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer care and building long-term relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Background or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership preferred
- Experience in parts store, auction, retail, auto body, or management experience in fast food, restaurant, or convenience store preferred
- Customer-centric mindset
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with NAPA Know How is advantageous
Job Duties
- Create a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration and drive store growth
- Provide daily leadership and sustain a culture of employee engagement
- Partner with teammates to drive company-owned store initiatives
- Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service
- Build, coach, train, and engage crew to deliver superior customer care and business results
- Ensure inventory protection, asset management, and address operational and safety issues
- Maintain overall cleanliness and readiness of the sales floor, stock room, delivery vehicles, and outside areas
- Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs while steering continuous improvement
- Grow customer relationships and assist with sales and service inquiries
