Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to commit to more than 40 hours per week as required
- ability to comply with all company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
- ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Duties
- lead and manage store operations to ensure high standards of customer experience and product quality
- recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
- create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- execute sales strategies and meet financial goals
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- monitor inventory and control costs effectively
- resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
