Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • willingness to commit to more than 40 hours per week as required
  • ability to comply with all company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • lead and manage store operations to ensure high standards of customer experience and product quality
  • recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
  • create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • execute sales strategies and meet financial goals
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
  • monitor inventory and control costs effectively
  • resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
