Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in automotive aftermarket service industry or willingness to learn
- passion for delivering excellent customer service
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- knowledge of inventory management systems
- ability to lift heavy objects up to 60lbs
- leadership capability
- strong communication skills
- commitment to safety and operational excellence

- technical or trade school courses or degree completion
- experience in automotive aftermarket service industry or hobby/DIY world or willingness to learn automotive
- passion for customer care and long-term relationship building
- ability to thrive in a fast paced and complex environment
- knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems
- ability to lift 60lbs
- background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine or dealership preferred
- experience in parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or restaurant/convenience store management preferred
- customer-centric mindset
- ASE certifications

Job Duties
- Create a superior customer service experience to achieve market penetration
- drive store growth, increase sales and profitability
- provide daily leadership and sustain a culture of employee engagement
- partner with teammates to drive store initiatives
- lead a successful team and support the store manager
- manage store operations to maximize sales, profits and customer service
- build, coach, train and engage the crew team to deliver superior customer care and business results
- maintain inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety standards
- ensure cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room and outside areas
- drive operational and marketing programs while implementing continuous improvements
- grow customer relationships and handle sales and service inquiries
