Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50 pounds or more
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing retail environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of sleep products and preferences is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for sales and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Support development of team members by providing technical and product knowledge information to associates
- Assist Senior Store Manager with training of store associates
- Promote a culture of coaching by providing insights as to how team members can improve the customer experience they provide and increase their selling aptitude
- Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service at the store level
- Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
- Follow Mattress Firm procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory
- Serve as a lead in resolving customer-related issues and escalating when necessary
