- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical or trade school courses or degree completion
- relevant experience in automotive aftermarket or related fields preferred
- ability to lift 60lbs
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in fast-paced retail or service environments

- ability to manage inventory and safety protocols

- knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems
- ability to lift 60lbs
- background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership a plus
- experience in parts store, auction, retail, auto body, collision, or restaurant/convenience store management is beneficial
- customer-centric mindset
- ASE certifications preferred
- familiarity with NAPA Know How
Job Duties
- Create a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration
- drive store growth and increase sales and profitability
- provide daily leadership and sustain a culture of employee engagement
- partner with teammates to drive company-owned store initiatives
- lead and support a successful team in a fast-paced retail environment
- manage store operations including inventory protection, asset management, and safety
- ensure cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas
- implement NAPA operational and marketing programs
- grow customer relationships and assist with sales and service inquiries both in-store and by phone
