Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work legally in the country
- Ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
- Availability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of retail or customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a sales-focused environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire store partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in managing daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Support sales goals through effective team leadership and inventory management
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Train, mentor, and develop store partners
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
