Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work legally in the country
  • Ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
  • Availability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of retail or customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire store partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist in managing daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Support sales goals through effective team leadership and inventory management
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Train, mentor, and develop store partners
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
