- Experience in automotive or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 60lbs
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems

- Technical or trade school courses or degree completion
- Experience in automotive aftermarket service industry or enthusiasm to learn automotive
- Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 60lbs
- Background or passion in automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership is a plus
- Experience in parts store, auction, retail, auto body, collision, or management in fast food, restaurant, or convenience store is beneficial

Job Duties
- Enjoy creating a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration and drive store growth
- Provide daily leadership and create a culture of employee engagement
- Partner with teammates to drive company-owned store initiatives
- Lead a successful team and support the store manager
- Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service
- Build, coach, train, and engage crew to deliver superior customer care and business results
- Oversee inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas
- Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs
- Grow customer relationships and ensure a positive experience in store and on the phone
