Job Requirements

  • Experience in automotive or related field preferred
  • Ability to lift 60lbs
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or trade school courses or degree completion
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket service industry or enthusiasm to learn automotive
  • Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift 60lbs
  • Background or passion in automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership is a plus
  • Experience in parts store, auction, retail, auto body, collision, or management in fast food, restaurant, or convenience store is beneficial
  • Customer-centric mindset

Job Duties

  • Enjoy creating a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration and drive store growth
  • Provide daily leadership and create a culture of employee engagement
  • Partner with teammates to drive company-owned store initiatives
  • Lead a successful team and support the store manager
  • Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service
  • Build, coach, train, and engage crew to deliver superior customer care and business results
  • Oversee inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas
  • Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs
  • Grow customer relationships and ensure a positive experience in store and on the phone
