Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of restaurant or fast-food management experience, preferably in QSR
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to excellent guest service and team development

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate crew to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
  • Support all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Assist General Manager with labor costs, food costs, and scheduling
  • Manage cash handling, inventory, and shift paperwork
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
  • Support local marketing events and community partnerships
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-focused atmosphere
