Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of restaurant or fast-food management experience, preferably in QSR
ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to excellent guest service and team development

Job Duties

Lead and motivate crew to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
Support all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
Train, coach, and develop team members
Assist General Manager with labor costs, food costs, and scheduling
Manage cash handling, inventory, and shift paperwork
Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
Support local marketing events and community partnerships
Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-focused atmosphere
