Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of management experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of restaurant or fast-food management experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- ServSafe certified (or able to become certified)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate crew to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
- Support all daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Assist General Manager with labor costs, food costs, and scheduling
- Manage cash handling, inventory, and shift paperwork
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
- Support local marketing events and community partnerships
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-focused atmosphere
