Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • dependable with consistent attendance
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of travel products and trends is a plus
  • proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Engage with and educate customers to help them make the best choices for their travel needs
  • achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
  • assume leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager
  • assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain an inviting store environment
  • complete all job responsibilities such as restocking the sales floor, ringing customers, etc. as directed
  • work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and for each other
  • follow our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity
