Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a sales team
- Experience in retail or service industry
- Strong communication and planning skills

- Physical ability to lift 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

Job Duties
- Drive sales, services and customer engagement in the store
- Ensure the store is ready for business
- Establish customer relationships that build loyalty
- Provide total solutions to meet customer’s needs
- Guide team in being positive, inclusive, and collaborative
- Develop a high-performing team through coaching, training and role playing
- Attain sales, services goals and profit margin
- Execute store operations and control costs
- Establish business cadence for sales readiness
- Provide daily direction for merchandising opportunities
- Assist with operational tasks in partnership with General Manager
- Act as Floor Leader
- Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes
