Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- availability to work more than 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling and scheduling
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- support recruitment, training and development of staff
- analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment
- handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
