Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • availability to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling and scheduling
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • support recruitment, training and development of staff
  • analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve business goals
  • maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
