Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to work day shift
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable personal transportation except NYC and Brooklyn
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Able to perform indoor and outdoor job functions in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Current valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle except in New York City and Brooklyn
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • College education is a plus

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
  • Ensure highest standards of cleanliness through continuous maintenance of the site including office and storage building
  • Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage
  • Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits
  • Protect company culture by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all employees
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
