Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 60lbs
  • Experience in retail or automotive environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage inventory and operational procedures effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or trade school courses or degree completion
  • Experience or willingness to learn in the automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY world
  • Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift 60lbs
  • Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership is a plus
  • Experience in parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management is a plus
  • Entirely customer-centric mindset

Job Duties

  • Create a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration and drive store growth and profitability
  • Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
  • Partner with teammates to implement company owned store initiatives
  • Lead and support a successful team in a fast-paced retail store environment
  • Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service
  • Build, coach, train, and engage the crew team to deliver superior customer care and business results
  • Oversee inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas
  • Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs while striving for continuous process improvement
  • Grow customer relationships and assist with sales and service inquiries ensuring a positive experience
