Job Requirements
- at least three years of experience in a retail leadership role
- availability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to stand walk and handle merchandise frequently
- capability to reach climb stoop kneel crouch or crawl occasionally
- regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- commitment to guest service excellence
- positive attitude with the ability to inspire team members
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- inspire and lead by upholding and promoting Event Network's core values fostering a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
- collaborate and grow by partnering with the Store Director to recruit develop and mentor a talented team
- drive excellence by managing daily operations focusing on guest service visual merchandising team management and driving sales
- create memorable experiences ensuring every guest leaves with a smile by delivering exceptional service and creating a store environment that mirrors the excitement of the museum
- master merchandising by maintaining a visually stunning store following presentation plans and merchandising trends
- set high standards holding yourself and your team accountable to the highest performance standards exceeding guest expectations
