Job Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in retail leadership
  • Strong background in sales merchandising and team management
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand walk and handle merchandise frequently during shifts
  • Capacity to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Willingness to reach climb stoop kneel crouch or crawl as needed
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment

  • At least three years of experience in a retail leadership role with a strong background in sales merchandising and team management
  • Proven ability to hire train and inspire a team to deliver their best
  • A deep commitment to guest service and a talent for creating memorable experiences

  • Experience working in a fast-paced guest-focused retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to and lead change effectively

Job Duties

  • Inspire and lead by upholding and promoting Event Network's core values fostering a positive and inspiring atmosphere for team members and guests
  • Collaborate and grow by partnering with the Store Director to recruit develop and mentor a talented team passionate about exceptional guest service
  • Drive excellence managing daily operations focused on guest service visual merchandising team management and driving sales
  • Create memorable experiences ensuring every guest leaves with a smile through exceptional service and an exciting store environment
  • Master merchandising by keeping the store visually stunning following presentation plans and staying ahead of merchandising trends
  • Set high standards holding yourself and your team accountable to the highest performance standards consistently exceeding guest expectations
