Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of retail leadership experience managing sales merchandising and team performance
- Proven leadership skills in hiring training and mentoring team members
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to perform hands-on tasks such as reaching climbing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment and making reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities

Job Duties
- Inspire and lead the team by upholding and promoting Event Network's Core Values fostering a positive and inspiring atmosphere for team members and guests
- Collaborate with the Store Director to recruit develop and mentor a talented team passionate about exceptional guest service
- Manage daily store operations focusing on guest service visual merchandising team management and driving sales
- Create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a store environment that reflects the excitement of the museum
- Master merchandising by maintaining visual presentation plans and staying ahead of merchandising trends
- Set high performance and accountability standards for yourself and your team consistently exceeding guest expectations
