Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of retail leadership experience managing sales merchandising and team performance
  • Proven leadership skills in hiring training and mentoring team members
  • Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to perform hands-on tasks such as reaching climbing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive environment and making reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities

Job Duties

  • Inspire and lead the team by upholding and promoting Event Network's Core Values fostering a positive and inspiring atmosphere for team members and guests
  • Collaborate with the Store Director to recruit develop and mentor a talented team passionate about exceptional guest service
  • Manage daily store operations focusing on guest service visual merchandising team management and driving sales
  • Create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a store environment that reflects the excitement of the museum
  • Master merchandising by maintaining visual presentation plans and staying ahead of merchandising trends
  • Set high performance and accountability standards for yourself and your team consistently exceeding guest expectations
