Job Requirements

  • minimum three years of retail leadership experience
  • proven sales and team management skills
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform hands-on tasks

Job Duties

  • inspire and lead by promoting Event Network's core values and fostering a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
  • collaborate with the Store Director to recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team
  • manage daily operations with a focus on guest service, visual merchandising, team management, and sales driving
  • ensure every guest experience is memorable and reflects the excitement of the museum
  • maintain visually stunning merchandise presentation by following plans and trends
  • set and uphold high standards of performance and guest satisfaction
  • hold the team accountable to exceed guest expectations
