Job Requirements
- Experience of at least three years in retail leadership
- Proven track record in sales and merchandising
- Ability to lead, recruit, and train a retail team
- Commitment to guest service excellence
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, handle merchandise frequently
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Job Duties
- Inspire and lead by upholding core values and fostering a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with Store Director to recruit, develop, and mentor team members
- Manage daily operations focusing on guest service, visual merchandising, team management, and sales
- Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and engaging store environment
- Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation plans and merchandising trends
- Set and hold high performance standards for self and team
- Ensure consistent guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations
