Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years in retail leadership role
- Strong sales and merchandising skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, and climbing
