Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years experience in retail leadership roles
  • strong background in sales merchandising and team management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand walk lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring reaching climbing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling
  • commitment to upholding company core values

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in retail leadership with strong background in sales merchandising and team management

Job Duties

  • Inspire and lead by upholding and promoting Event Network's Core Values fostering a positive and inspiring atmosphere for team members and guests
  • collaborate with the Store Director to recruit develop and mentor a talented team passionate about exceptional guest service
  • manage daily operations focusing on guest service visual merchandising team management and driving sales
  • ensure every guest leaves with a smile by delivering exceptional service and creating a store environment that reflects the excitement of the museum
  • keep the store visually stunning by following presentation plans and staying ahead of merchandising trends
  • hold yourself and your team accountable to the highest performance standards consistently exceeding guest expectations
