Job Requirements
- Minimum two years supervisory experience in coffee, cafe, or food service operations
- Passion for coffee and quality commitment
- Leadership ability to inspire and develop teams
- Service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Inspire and lead the team alongside the Store Director to uphold company vision and values
- Support daily coffee bar and food service operations ensuring quality and compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in managing store operations focusing on guest service, inventory control, and sales growth
- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional guest service in every interaction
- Support product presentation and merchandising strategies
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and financial objectives
