Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years retail leadership experience
  • Experience in visual merchandising preferred
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks as required

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years experience in retail leadership
  • Previous visual merchandising experience preferred
  • Strong retail sales background
  • Strong merchandising skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Support company culture and core values
  • Assist with recruitment, retention, supervision, and team development
  • Perform day-to-day store operations
  • Focus on sales with emphasis on guest service, visual merchandising, scheduling, and team management
  • Ensure merchandise presentation according to plan and analyze trends
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service
  • Hold self and others accountable to high-performance standards
  • Identify opportunities to enhance store appearance and maximize space for increased sales
  • Analyze store department performance to improve product productivity
  • Champion space planning and merchandising of exhibit stores
