Job Duties

  • Provides direction related to operations, processes, and conditions of the store
  • plans, directs, and supervises the team in the day-to-day operation of the store
  • responsible for selection, training, development, and performance management of team members
  • develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability
  • ensures customer needs are met and complaints are resolved efficiently
  • ensures effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales
  • forecasts staffing needs and develops recruiting strategies
  • leads performance management activities
  • attracts and retains a diverse team
  • leads daily communication and team huddles
  • drives open communication based on company philosophy
  • ensures compliance with food safety standards
