Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Previous experience in spa management or hospitality management preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Proficiency with hospitality management software preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Book4Time, Birchstreet, Opera is a plus
  • Passion for flawless service and integrity
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Managing and overseeing spa operations to ensure alignment with Four Seasons standards
  • Assisting in evaluating staff performance and providing leadership to the spa team
  • Handling financial aspects including forecasting, labor management, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Planning and executing PR events, internal and external promotions to enhance guest engagement
  • Responding to guest interactions efficiently and professionally to achieve maximum satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Collaborating with the Spa Director to develop and improve spa services and experiences
