Job Duties

  • Understand and maintain kitchen operations within the hotel

  • Assume responsibility for department operations in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Apply culinary education to daily kitchen activities
  • Manage cost controls effectively
  • Utilize basic communication and leadership skills to support kitchen staff
  • Employ computer skills for recipe, inventory, and cost management
