Job Duties

  • Produce consistent, quality products that meet and exceed guest needs
  • Assist in department training and development
  • Assume department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Maintain cost control and inventory accuracy
  • Communicate effectively within the kitchen staff
  • Support leadership in daily kitchen operations
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards
