Job Duties
- Produce consistent, quality products that meet and exceed guest needs
- Assist in department training and development
- Assume department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
- Maintain cost control and inventory accuracy
- Communicate effectively within the kitchen staff
- Support leadership in daily kitchen operations
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
