Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years in the hospitality industry
- knowledge of sake preferred but not required
- experience in fine dining restaurants and service
- ability to calculate and control beverage cost
- ability to communicate and work in English
- competency and familiarity in Microsoft Office suite and Google products
- professional appearance and grooming
- ability to manage people and work in a team environment
- physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have high mobility and flexibility in small spaces
- ability to stand and walk for extensive periods during busy times
- ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
