Job Requirements

  • fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
  • 3+ years in the hospitality industry
  • knowledge of sake preferred but not required
  • ability to calculate and control beverage cost
  • deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
  • wine, sake, and cocktail service knowledge
  • ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
  • composure and humility under pressure
