Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- must have Nevada Gaming Registration
- possession of Alcohol Awareness Card
- ability to develop and mentor team members
- knowledge of various slot machines and gaming regulations
- proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- adherence to appearance standards including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Alcohol Awareness Card required
- develop and mentor slot department’s team members providing support and motivation to all slot positions
- knowledgeable about different types and manufacturers of slot machines
- able to utilize slot computer systems as well as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- thorough understanding of Title 31 and adherence to federal cash reporting requirements
- strong communication skills to maintain good rapport with other departments and coworkers
- gaming regulation knowledge
- able to contact NGCB when appropriate
- capable of carrying basic tools for machine work such as screwdriver and flashlight
Job Duties
- Report to Slot Shift Manager
- maintain a designated area of the casino floor and supervise all slot operations in that area
- monitor and initiate all slot department guest service initiatives including jackpot response time, introductions, and new guest sign-ups
- resolve guest disputes, machine malfunctions, and team member issues
- participate in every aspect of the slot operation including initiating/witnessing jackpots, signing up new guests, and promoting slot events
- report all operational issues to Slot Shift Manager and/or Slot Director
- promote and maintain the highest integrity and premier guest service
- ensure proper implementation of established policies and procedures pertaining to the slot floor
- maintain cleanliness on the floor in assigned area and beyond
- ensure all MTL and CTS information is entered/logged by shift end if applicable
- work with Shift Manager to complete daily/weekly schedule, vacation schedule, and team members’ review and counseling
- perform other assignments as assigned by management
