Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate employees
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
- Oversees and approves all Front of House side work
- Provides and oversees thorough training
- Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- Manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, and cooking assistance
- Ensures 100 percent table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in sales strategy development
- Leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
- Helps to cross-train employees
- Oversees scheduling of designated departments
- Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts rallies
- Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
- Practices safe food handling procedures
- Ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant at all times
- Helps to control guest flow
- Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- Maintains culture of the restaurant and lives core values
