Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to manage and train staff effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- basic knowledge of inventory management
- ability to develop and implement sales promotions
- excellent problem-solving skills
- commitment to maintaining a positive team culture
Job Duties
- Oversees service in the front of house
- enforces compliance with employment policies in conjunction with management
- approves all front of house side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace in front of house
- manages through hands-on supervision including assisting with serving, hosting and cooking
- ensures 100 percent table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in sales strategy development
- leads by example to develop employees and assistants
- helps to cross-train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed
- develops promotions and conducts rallies to drive sales
- manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
- understands and practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- assists with guest flow control
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- assists local store marketer with building sales
- maintains culture and lives core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
