  • experience in restaurant supervision or management

Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • enforces compliance with employment policies
  • approves all Front of House side work
  • provides and oversees training for staff
  • works during peak hours to set service pace
  • manages hands-on supervision including serving and hosting
  • conducts 100% table visitations to gather customer insights
  • leads by example to develop employees and assistants
  • cross-trains employees
  • manages scheduling of designated departments
  • develops promotions to drive sales
  • manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service
  • practices safe food handling
  • ensures cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • controls guest flow
  • assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • supports Local Store Marketer with sales building
  • maintains culture and core values daily
