Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • capable of performing physical tasks related to restaurant operations
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • oversees service in the Front of House
  • enforces compliance with employment policies
  • oversees and approves all Front of House side work
  • provides and oversees thorough training
  • works during peak business times to set the pace
  • manages through hands-on supervision
  • ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights
  • helps develop employees and assistants by leading by example
  • helps cross-train employees
  • oversees scheduling of designated departments
  • develops promotions and conducts alley rallies
  • manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
  • practices safe food handling procedures
  • ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant
  • helps control guest flow
  • assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
  • maintains culture of the restaurant and lives core values
