Job Duties

- oversees and approves all Front of House side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace
- manages through hands-on supervision
- ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights
- helps develop employees and assistants by leading by example
- helps cross-train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments
- develops promotions and conducts alley rallies
- manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
- practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant
- helps control guest flow
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- maintains culture of the restaurant and lives core values
