Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- physical ability to perform hands on restaurant tasks
- basic computer skills
- commitment to upholding company policies and culture
- legal authorization to work
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- enforces compliance with employment policies in conjunction with all management
- oversees and approves all Front of House side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including non scheduled assistance with serving hosting cooking etc
- ensures 100 percent table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist Service Manager in developing sales strategy
- leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
- helps to cross train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed by the Service Manager
- develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies as directed
- manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
- understands and practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- helps to control guest flow
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- maintains culture and lives core values every day
