Job Duties
- oversees service in the front of house
- enforces compliance with employment policies in conjunction with all management
- oversees and approves all front of house side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace in the front of house
- manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant, including non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, and cooking
- ensures 100 percent table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist service manager in developing sales strategy
- leads by example to develop employees and assistants
- helps to cross-train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed by service manager
- develops promotions and conducts alley rallies to drive sales
- manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
- practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests
- helps to control guest flow
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- assists local store marketer with building sales
- maintains culture of the restaurant and lives core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
