Job Requirements

  • prior experience in food service or restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the front of house
  • enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
  • oversees and approves all front of house side work
  • provides and oversees thorough training
  • works during peak business times to set the pace in the front of house
  • manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant
  • ensures 100 percent table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist in developing sales strategy
  • leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
  • helps to cross-train employees
  • oversees scheduling of designated departments
  • develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
  • manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
  • understands and practices safe food handling procedures
  • ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant
  • helps control guest flow
  • assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • assists local store marketer with building sales
  • maintains culture and lives core values every day
