Job Duties
- Oversees service in the front of house
- enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
- oversees and approves all front of house side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace in the front of house
- manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant
- ensures 100 percent table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist in developing sales strategy
- leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
- helps to cross-train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments
- develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
- manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
- understands and practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant
- helps control guest flow
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- assists local store marketer with building sales
