Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good physical condition to assist in restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- In conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
- Oversees/approves all Front of House side work
- Provides/oversees thorough training
- Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- Manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking assistance
- Ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist Service Manager in sales strategy
- Leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
- Helps to cross-train employees
- Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed by the Service Manager
- Develops promotions and conducts alley rallies as directed by Service Manager
- Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
- Understands and practices safe food handling procedures
- Ensures the cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests
- Helps to control guest flow
- Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- Maintains culture of the restaurant and lives core values every day including passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
