Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Good physical condition to assist in restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • In conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
  • Oversees/approves all Front of House side work
  • Provides/oversees thorough training
  • Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • Manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking assistance
  • Ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist Service Manager in sales strategy
  • Leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
  • Helps to cross-train employees
  • Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed by the Service Manager
  • Develops promotions and conducts alley rallies as directed by Service Manager
  • Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
  • Understands and practices safe food handling procedures
  • Ensures the cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests
  • Helps to control guest flow
  • Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
  • Maintains culture of the restaurant and lives core values every day including passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
