Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred

- Basic organizational and scheduling skills

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- Enforces compliance with employment policies in conjunction with all management
- Oversees and approves all Front of House side work
- Provides and oversees thorough training
- Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- Manages through hands-on supervision including serving, hosting, cooking
- Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in sales strategy development
- Leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
- Helps to cross-train employees
- Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed by the Service Manager
- Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
- Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
- Understands and practices safe food handling procedures
- Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests
- Helps to control guest flow
- Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- Maintains culture of the restaurant living core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
