Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including peak times and weekends
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and Responsible Alcohol Service
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Detail oriented with a focus on cleanliness and guest safety

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and safety regulations
  • Experience with scheduling and staff training
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales promotion

Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • Enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
  • Oversees and approves all Front of House side work
  • Provides and oversees thorough training
  • Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • Manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant
  • Ensures 100 percent table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist in developing sales strategy
  • Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
  • Helps to cross-train employees
  • Oversees scheduling of designated departments
  • Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
  • Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
  • Practices safe food handling procedures
  • Ensures restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • Helps control guest flow
  • Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
  • Maintains culture and lives core values daily
