Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in restaurant supervisory or management role
- Ability to work flexible and varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Understanding of food safety standards and alcohol service regulations
- Must be able to stand and move around the restaurant during work shifts
- Reliable transportation to commute to work
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- Enforces compliance with employment policies in their area of responsibility
- Oversees and approves all Front of House side work
- Provides and oversees thorough training for team members
- Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- Manages through hands-on supervision including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking
- Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights
- Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
- Helps cross-train employees
- Oversees scheduling of designated departments
- Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
- Manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
- Practices safe food handling procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- Helps control guest flow
- Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- Maintains culture and lives the company’s core values
