Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in restaurant supervisory or management role
  • Ability to work flexible and varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Understanding of food safety standards and alcohol service regulations
  • Must be able to stand and move around the restaurant during work shifts
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • Enforces compliance with employment policies in their area of responsibility
  • Oversees and approves all Front of House side work
  • Provides and oversees thorough training for team members
  • Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • Manages through hands-on supervision including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking
  • Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights
  • Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
  • Helps cross-train employees
  • Oversees scheduling of designated departments
  • Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
  • Manages compliance with responsible alcohol service training
  • Practices safe food handling procedures
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Helps control guest flow
  • Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
  • Maintains culture and lives the company’s core values
